Redraft

What is it?
A redraft is a reworded document; see the redrafted example. A redraft does not explain the changes nor comment on the draft. If you want reasons or comments, use Edit (reasons only) or Coach (for both reasons and learning comments).

What should I do exactly?
Draft it; then email it to us; we redraft it; and then compare your draft to ours, and put together the best of both. It should be a winner.

Free Trial Redraft
You can submit anything of your work, up to 300 words. If it is a long document, indicate which section up to 300 words you want redrafted. Please complete the contact form as a covering page, check the box for Free Trial and send your text to redraft@redraft.co.uk.

We cater specially for urgent and confidential work.

Free Redrafts for Scientists and Engineers
in non-English speaking Countries

We have redrafted part of an article by the Russian scientist Natalia Shcherbak. It is entitled "Alipoprotein E gene polymorphism is not a strong risk factor for diabetic nephropathy and retinopathy in Type I diabetes: case-control study". It appears in the journal BMC Medical Genetics and is published on the BioMed Central site: http://www.biomedcentral.com/1471-2350/2/8

If you wish to enquire about the service we provided for this author, she has given us permission to quote her email address: nshch@yahoo.com

We only redrafted a small part of this article. But we are willing to redraft free of charge an entire English draft article written by a scientist or engineer. The author must live in a non-English Speaking country, and must intend the article for publication in an English-language technical publication, in any country. The name of Redraft.co.uk should appear under the Acknowledgements.

Please pass on the details of this offer to colleagues and research establishments who might benefit.
