What if it's urgent?

For an urgent redraft, condense or edit, put your telephone number on your contact/order form, so that we can agree a deadline.

Alternatively, phone from within the UK on 01628 627387 (or from elsewhere on +44-1628-627387). We will ask you at the same time to pay the urgency surcharge of 25% by credit card in advance. We accept Visa, Mastercard, or American Express - see costs.

We give all urgent work priority, so you will get it back quickly.

Coach and Courses are unlikely to be urgent.
Free Trials and questions for the Umpire cannot be urgent.
